Terms and Conditions

These are important terms and conditions relating to the training courses we offer. The terms and conditions covers the rules around cancellation, and refund process. It is important that you are familiar with these terms and conditions which are automatically accepted when you book a course on our website.

Should you need clarity of the terms and conditions, such clarity can be sought before booking the course and calling our office.

Payments

We normally require full payment to be made before the course is presented. We will consider waiving this condition once a good business relationship has been established, and might then also consider discounts for early payments of courses.

Schedules

We use our best efforts to avoid re-scheduling a course. We will endeavour to adhere to published schedules on our website. However, schedules are subject to change, at any time and we shall not be liable in any way whatsoever for any loss incurred as a result of such change.

Cancellation, Changes of Schedules

At any time after a booking has been made we may change our schedule and/or cancel, terminate, postpone, reschedule the course where we reasonably consider this to be justified by circumstances beyond our control or an uncontrollable event or for commecial reasons.

In the event of such course cancellation or changes to the schedule less than 4(four) weeks before the course scheduled start date, the delegate may elect, either to:

Refunds

After payment has been made and a booking confirmation has been received the purchase of the course is deemed final. Delegates have a right to cancel the booking at any time, subject to the following admistration fees levied in accordance with Section 17(3)(B) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008:

  1. Cancellation requests for a course scheduled to start in 45(forty-five) days or more will be subject to a 50% cancellation charge.
  2. Cancellation requests for a course scheduled to start in less than 45(forty-five) days will be subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
  3. Refundable amounts contemplated in Cancellation, Changes of Schedules will first be issued in the form of a voucher into the next scheduled course. The delegate has the right, within the validity period of the voucher, to request a cash refund on these voucher, subject to the proof of banking details.
  4. Delegates are elibilbe for a full refund where the course is cancelled by us. If you elect to claim a refund, the refund shall be made in the same mode of payment as was originally made and to the person who paid for the booking, upon presentation of identification and satifactory proof of such payment.
  5. We will honour a full refund in terms of Section 17(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 where the delegate is unable to attend the course as the result of death or hospitalisation
  6. Refunds will be processed within 10(ten) working days of receiving all required doumentation, and the delegate accepts that it may take longer for funds to reflect in the relevant bank account due to interbank clearing periods.
  7. If you miss the class,a 100% cancellation fee applies.
  8. No refund will be given to cancellations during the course.

Should you not be satisfied with the quality of the training or the delivery, we will gladly refund you 100% of the course fees subject to the following :

  1. You brought this to our attention within the first 4(four) hours of the course and we tried to rectify the issue and we did not meet your expectations and you are still not satisfied, we will refund you 100% of the course fees, plus we will pay our own travel expenses. The training material remains the property of Peruzal.
